inspections

We can not only identify any problems that were not caught in a home inspection but we can offer potential repairs and what it would cost to complete those repairs. Home inspectors generally do not give prices for the cost of repairing any deficiencies that are discovered. So even if a problem is noted in a report the implications of that finding can be completely ambiguous. Simply put, even if a home inspector accurately identifies every problem in a home's electrical system it is still advisable to call an electrician to get price quotes on what the cost of repairing those problems.
